License

The Sport Vision Group’s License sector was founded in 2010 and is one of the key elements in the company’s operation. The first Agreement on licensed production was signed with the brand Sergio Tacchini, whereas today, licensed production is present in all our categories - footwear, apparel and equipment.

Brands & PL

Sport Vision has licensed production agreements with some of the most popular global brands such as Champion, Ellesse, Lotto, Umbro, Mont, Lonsdale, Slazenger, Kronos, Rang, Navigare, Sergio Tacchini etc. Within the licensed production sector, we also produce Private Label products: the best known commercially are Kander, Lussari, Athletic, Cocomo, J2C.

Production & Territory

At present, annual footwear production is at 2.3 million pairs while the apparel sector produces 3.5 million items per year. In the “equipment” category, we produce 1.1 million pieces per year. All categories are showing indications for a growing trend for the upcoming years.

Items are produced in line with strict brand standards, with quality control, in factories world-wide, from China, Bangladesh, India, Vietnam to Cambodia, Turkey, Serbia, Bosna and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Pakistan.

In addition to the production that meets the needs of the Sport Vision Group, licensed products have found their buyers on the ever more demanding European and global market. Territories we cooperate with include SAR (Hong Kong and Macao), Algeria, Poland, Central African Republic, Paraguay, Uruguay, Australia, South Korea and others.

For these purposes, we established another licensed production company, BDS Trade Limited, with Headquaets in China, with the main activity of finding suppliers, quality control and pricing.

In addition to production of licensed brand products covered by production license agreements, the Licenses sector in the Sport Vision Group also produces goods for the major retail chains such as Primark, but also for the world-known brands such as Champion and Ellesse. For the needs of licensed buyers of the Ellesse brand, the Licenses sector produces over 100,000 ski jackets per year.
